- Fe-Cr-Al GRADE.
AMECO supplies some Fe-Cr-Al metallic element up to 1400oC, and now Fe-Cr-Al element is a standard material choice for industrial furnace.
Common Grade:
Kanthal | Kanthal APM | Kanthal A1 | Kanthal AF | Kanthal D |
Pyromax | PX-C | PX-DS | PX-D | PX-D1 |
Important Advantages:
– Higher maximum element temperature, up to 1400oC.
– Longer life
– Higher surface loading.
– Higher resistivity.
– Lower density
– Improve form stability.
Types and Sizes
– Strip: Width 10~32 mm Thick 1.0~3.0mm.
– Wire: Diameter: 1.0 mm ~ 8.0mmm
- Ni-Cr Grade
Nickel Chromium (NiCr) features high mechanical strength at high temperature. With maximum element temperature of 1200 °C the alloy is commonly used as heating elements in industrial and domestic appliances. NiCr alloy are however not suitable for furnaces containing carbon and sulphur atmospheres
Common Grade:
– Nikrothal 80( NiCr 80/20), Pyromax N-1.
– Nikrothal 60( NiCr 60/15).
– Nikrothal 40( NiCr 35/20).
Types and Sizes
– Wire: Diameter: 1.0 mm ~ 8.0mm
– Strip( just only for NiCr 80/20): Width 15~30 mm Thick 1.0~2.5 mm.
